New England’s largest Housing Authority and Boston’s largest landlord is failing its residents and workers.

Over 340 Teamsters employed by the Boston Housing Authority (BHA) have been waiting too long for a fair contract. They haven't had a pay raise since April 2023 and have been working under the terms of an expired contract since April 2024!

On top of wage offers that do not remotely keep up with inflation, BHA management is demanding major concessions on accrued employee benefits and job protections.
